About Philipp


I started developing a passion for fitness when I was around 14 years old and wanted to become a Personal Trainer. My goal has always been to help people become strong and healthy. Wanting to understand more of the underlying mechanisms inside the human body, I decided to follow a research focused university program in the Netherlands. Doing so gave me a deep understanding of the effects of nutrition and exercise on the human body. At the same time I’ve been experimenting with different training approaches for over two decades and been working with different clients for the past nine years.

Training Concept

Exercise Fundamentals

The majority of each workout - especially for beginners - should be spend doing what I call fundamental movements. This is where most of the progress will come from. Accessory exercises are added depending on individual weaknesses/goals. For beginners learning and improving on the fundamentals each week will result in a noticeable change in physique within a few months.

Already working out for several months/years and not seeing any major improvement? Training frequency, intensity and/or exercise selection is most likely to blame. I can help with that as well.
